Abstract

SDIS-00 accompanies the twelve technical reports of the Sovereign Digital Infrastructure Series by Bijan Burnard (D-AI). It states the purpose and scope of the series, documents the research methodology and core terminology used consistently across all twelve papers, describes the series’ architecture and cross-citation structure, sets out the series’ publication, versioning, and citation policies, and serves as the definitive registry of the persistent identifiers — DOI and ISBN — assigned to each publication. The guide is organized around ten sections: the purpose and scope of the series; its research methodology; the core terminology and definitions used throughout (including the four-plane sovereignty framework and five-level maturity model introduced in SDIS-01); the series’ architecture across SDIS-01 through SDIS-12, including a full cross-citation map; the series’ publication and versioning policy; its citation policy; the complete DOI and ISBN registry for all thirteen publications; the series’ licensing and copyright terms (CC BY 4.0); and author and institutional information.
